Men
Needless to say, Men are more valued than Women. Men are often given a chance to have the power they always dreamed of, though it means, taking the height, muscles, strength, etc.. They'd have to serve Draegon as guards. Most young men, this don't bother them. Most older men that were integrated have chosen not to.

Guards
Guards are massive. What happens is that they are given many bloodlines to make themselves powerful. With it comes height, strength, immunities, and more. With it comes intense training and serving Draegon.

Women
Women, while are considered of lesser value, are still very much valued. They take care of the kids, keep the house in tip-top condition, and provide comforts to men after a hard day's work.

While women are allowed to use money, they are paid with tokens for jobs they do.

Token System
Some women currently are trying to remove the token system to allow women to be paid money. However, a majority of women prefer the token system. Most women are with children so the token system was established to *work* for them. Men can buy one thing with a certain amount of money but with tokens, women can buy more than two or three for a lesser amount to provide for herself and child(ren).

Women now have a choice to be paid money or tokens. Majority still prefer token system.
